363-365 Bond Street consists of two new residential building varying in height between 5 to 12 stories with a total floor area of approximately 667,000 square feet.  The project will house a parking structure, commercial spaces and amenities spaces on the ground floor of each building.  The project also includes a swimming pool on the roof of 363 Bond Street and terraces with a wonderful view on the upper floors of both buildings.  

Ventrop provided a complete engineering and design package for all mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire alarm and protection systems for the new buildings.
