Ventrop was contracted by BAIS Ruchel High School for MEP engineering services for proposed new additions to the school. Our professional engineering services included the upgrade of their mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and fire alarm systems for the additional new 5-story added to the existing one story school building. 

Ventrop has provided a preliminary assessment of various mechanical systems and coordinated with the owner on the selection of the final one. Our services included the preparation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and fire alarm contract documents suitable for bidding, filing, and construction as well as construction administration services.
