The project also consists of a variety of luxury condominiums, penthouses and a maisonette. In addition, the building design included amenities such as a modern gym, parking garage and landscaped garden.

Ventrop was contracted to provide complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and fire protection contract documents suitable for filing, bidding and construction for the residential and parking garage spaces.
