1140 Avenue of the Americas is an existing 20 story commercial and office building consisting of 84 units covering approximately 180,000 square feet.
 

Ventrop was contracted to upgrade the building’s mechanical and electrical systems. The work consisted of drawings for a new chiller plant, piping, HVAC system, 300 kW emergency power generator, electrical, and riser upgrade while the building was occupied.
