McKinley Community Elementary School, New Brunswick Middle School, and New Brunswick High School are all part of the New Brunswick Public School district. These educational facilities sought to advance their utilities' efficiency through the installation of new chillers and combined heat and power (CHP) systems.

Ventrop was contracted to enhance the schools' heating and electrical systems through engineering services, which included the preparation of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical contract documents suitable for bidding, filing and construction as well construction administration services.
